My air mattress had a pump malfunctioning
My air mattress worked well for about 4 months then one night about 3:00 am the pump failed and I ended up on the my apartment floor ! I called the company over a month ago and just received a reply a day ago !

My brand new BeautyRest Black Mattress torn on the mattress seam below the builtin handle that is part of the mattress. Terrible design and no durability for simple movement of the heavy mattress
I purchased a King BeautyRest Black mattress and the seam directly below the "built-in" handle tore completely open. This is a terrible design that I now see is an inherent problem with this line of expensive mattress. I would highly recommend that you NOT purchase this mattress.

Warranty issue
- - Bought for over $4,000; warranty dispute: dealer and manufacturer blame each other.
- - Sinks on both sides under light use, even with a 60-lb child.
I bought a Beautyrest Black less than 5 years ago, and I get nothing but the run around from dealer (The Bed Store) and the manufacturer about a warranty issue. Dealer says its the manufacturer, manufacturer said its the dealer.
I have a mattress I paid over 4000 dollars for less than 5 years ago that is sunk in on both sides so bad you cant get out of it. Of course if you measure it with no weight it doesnt measure the 1 1/2 dip, the springs hold it up. Told me its about 1/8 to 1/4 being out of spec. Attached is a picture of my 2 year old grandson, who weights probably 60lbs sleeping on it.
What a joke.
Never will I purchase A Beautyrest product again. JUNK!!!

Friendly, cooperative, that as good as I could expect. Raider was courteous like I said and helpful. The price that she offered me for a new mattress was probably not adequate for me to buy.

For three months I wrote, talked, sent letters, and pictures, and got passed around from one division to another until I gave up! This is a perfect example of what consumers complain about.
Beauty Rest took absolutely no responsibility for their product.
I ended up buying one from Walmart, no issues. Pictures reflect all the punctures and what the holes looked like!

Beautyrest Black is Junk
- - Sunk 1" in the first year; warranty worthless.
- - Six months later, warranty requires 1.5 inches of sag.
- - 170 lb user sits on it; it sank 6 inches.
Buyer Beware!!!!!! Warranty is ONLY a sales pitch. 2" dips and no coverage in less than 18 months
Within the first year it sunk 1". The warranty is worth nothing.
6 months later, company comes out again States must be 1.5" for warranty
Hubby, only 170 lbs, sits on it, sinks 6".
Will NEVER buy another Beauryrest.
4k for trash. Warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on.

I don't know how this company gets away with this. I paid ONE THOUSAND dollars for a piece of junk that is sagging and causing horrible back pain after just THREE MONTHS.
Didn't even last a year. That's an insane price to pay for back pain after just a few months. I am only 120 lbs so this makes no sense.
I found out all of Beautyrest mattresses use cheap memory foam which is why it sinks in so bad, I can feel my spine twisting as I lie on it. It's past the warranty so all I can do is sleep on the couch until I can get a new one.
Electric blanket stopped working
I got a blanket as a gift for Christmas and it has stopped working. I would like a replacement but stores are sold out.

Bad mattress

I bought a very expensive mattress from rooms to go. They have refused to give out money back.
3 times my husband has fallen out of the bed.
Once he had to go in and get a CAT SCAN of his head because when he tried to stop his fall he grabbed a wooden Jewlry box and it hit him. Were not got a lawyer

I bought a Beauty rest black hybred mattress at Ashley Furniture in Johnstown, after 2 years it has 4 inch deep dents in the mattress. I weigh 200lbs.
It is susposed to hold its shape for 10 years per the fake warranty. The salesman promised us any problems would be covered but lied right to our faces. My wife is blind and I am a disabled vet.
Ashley furniture and beautyrest hosed us to the tune of $7500.00. Buyer beware, the beautyrest mattresses do not hold up and you might as well flush your warranty is is nonexistent.
